Tell us a bit about yourself

I’m based in beautiful Llanelli, South Wales, and I’m incredibly proud and patriotic about my Welsh roots. I’m married and a mum to four wonderful children – three girls and a boy – ranging in age from 16 to 21. For me, family is everything.

What is your professional experience?

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I’ve built a diverse career at Lloyds Bank, working across both Retail and Commercial Banking.

My career has allowed me to develop expertise in various roles, including Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Development Manager, and Project Management.

My passion is supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to grow and achieve their goals, both short-term and long-term. I believe that financial wellbeing plays a critical role in helping businesses succeed, and I’m committed to finding innovative solutions to make that happen.

What do you enjoy about working for OSBF?

Since joining One Stop Business Finance over a year ago, I’ve enjoyed the unique and sometimes quirky enquiries we receive – from lending for a business developing land with Japanese Knotweed to providing cash injections to businesses impacted by COVID.

No two days are the same! What I think is great is that we always try and find a way to say yes and understand the needs of both the customer and the business to deliver a great solution.
