Business Development Manager

Nicola Nichols joined One Stop Business Finance in April 2026 as a Business Development Manager. She works closely with a variety of introducers, such as business owners, insolvency practitioners and accountants, while also focusing on engaging with clients directly. Understanding that every business is unique and deserves a tailored approach, is something she focuses on when developing facilities for clients.

Working for over 20 years experience in diverse roles that encompass account management, business development, and sales, ensure Nicola has a strong understanding on how best to support businesses. Her career has been built on developing strong relationships, understanding client’s needs, and delivering the right solutions to help businesses achieve their goals. In taking the time needed to understand each client’s needs, Nicola is able to identify the right funding solution, keep the process moving, and make securing finance as straightforward and stress free as possible.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Nicola being walked by the dogs, attempting to be the cool Mum, and reminding her family why takeaway was invented!
