Joe Cowell joined One Stop Business Finance in April 2026, bringing extensive experience in banking, client relationships, and financial planning.

Before joining OSBF, Joe spent 13 years with HSBC. He began his career in retail banking before progressing into the role of Wealth Portfolio Manager, where he supported high-net-worth private clients with their financial needs and long-term goals. This experience gave him a strong foundation in relationship management, problem solving, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

At One Stop Business Finance, Joe works closely with clients and introducers to understand their requirements and help deliver practical funding solutions. His background in banking and client service means he values clear communication, trusted relationships, and a straightforward approach.

Since joining the business, Joe has enjoyed becoming part of the team and applying his experience in a more flexible and commercially focused environment.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife Cara and their young son Rory, who loves animals and trips to the zoo. Family life also includes regular walks with their Romanian rescue dog, who they adopted during Covid. When time allows, Joe enjoys playing golf and padel.
