Business Development Manager

Sacha joined OSBF in September 2026, with more than 25 years of experience in financial services, specialising in business development, intermediary relationship management, sales, lending and underwriting. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing strong broker relationships, delivering commercial growth and consistently exceeding performance targets. Her expertise spans business development, networking, stakeholder management, consultative selling and helping clients identify the right financial solutions to meet their needs.

Prior to joining OSBF, Sacha spent more than 18 years with Lloyds Banking Group, where she managed a portfolio of approximately 1,500 intermediary firms. She also played a key role in a number of strategic projects, including broker engagement initiatives, customer experience improvements, technology adoption and accessibility programmes.

Before this, Sacha held a variety of roles across the financial services sector, including positions with Southern Pacific Personal Loans Ltd and Allegiance Finance, where she gained extensive experience in lending, underwriting, broker relationship management and business development. These roles provided a strong foundation for the customer-focused and relationship-led approach that continues to underpin her success today.

Living in Wiltshire, Sacha enjoys spending time with her husband and making the most of the countryside. Outside of work, she is passionate about the equestrian world and has extensive experience working with and caring for horses. Much of her free time is spent with her horse, Cadan, enjoying training, riding and competing. She is also accompanied by her loyal Weimaraner, Bella, who is never far from her side on countryside adventures. Sacha also has a keen interest in technology and enjoys keeping up to date with emerging innovations that help improve productivity, collaboration and customer experiences.

Sacha’s passion for teamwork, discipline and relationship building extends far beyond financial services. Her lifelong involvement in the equestrian world has helped develop the resilience, commitment and determination that have contributed to her success throughout her career.

Sacha is excited to be part of the OSBF team and looks forward to building new relationships with brokers and customers, supporting their growth ambitions and helping deliver exceptional outcomes for both introducers and customers. She is particularly keen to bring her extensive market knowledge, relationship management expertise and passion for customer service to contribute to the continued success of the business.
