Harry Lamb joined One Stop Business Finance in March 2024 and brings a strong background in accounting, tax, and commercial finance to the business.

Before joining OSBF, Harry built experience in accounting and tax, developing strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of business finances. This background has given him valuable insight into how businesses operate and the financial challenges they can face.

Harry began his journey at One Stop Business Finance in a Business Development role, where he worked closely with clients and introducers to structure funding solutions and support businesses with their growth plans. One of his proudest early highlights was completing his first deal, helping a client purchase properties from a family member through the right funding solution.

After 18 months in the field, Harry moved into the office team and joined the management team, bringing with him first-hand knowledge of client needs and the wider business. His experience across different areas of OSBF gives him a well-rounded understanding of the company and how to continue supporting its growth.

Outside of work, Harry plays cricket for West Tanfield Cricket Club and enjoys sport in all forms.
