Operations & Risk Director / Non Executive Director

Adam Reed has been part of the journey at One Stop Business Finance since 2018, initially joining in a Non-Executive Director capacity. In recent years, he has taken on a more hands-on role as Operations & Risk Director, helping to support the continued growth, governance, and long-term success of the business.

Adam began his career in banking, first in England and later working offshore for several years. This early experience gave him a strong foundation in commercial finance, lending, and international business operations.

In 2007, he co-founded an offshore structured finance business with offices across multiple jurisdictions, gaining significant experience in leadership, strategic planning, and complex financial structures. After returning to England with his family in 2014, Adam worked with several businesses across a variety of sectors in Non-Executive Director roles, providing strategic guidance and commercial support.

Since joining OSBF, Adam has played an important role in helping shape the business as it has evolved and expanded. One of his key highlights has been contributing to the company’s continued growth while ensuring strong operational processes and risk management remain at the heart of the business.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys travelling, cooking, skiing, and spending quality time with his family, including the dog.
