Anthony Guest is a Business Development Manager at One Stop Business Finance, supporting businesses across the North East with tailored commercial finance and funding solutions. With more than 30 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, and invoice finance, Anthony helps businesses secure the funding they need to improve cash flow, support growth, and navigate financial challenges.

Anthony joined One Stop Business Finance in May 2026, bringing extensive experience across commercial banking, corporate finance advisory, and specialist funding solutions. Known for his relationship-driven approach, he works closely with business owners, accountants, brokers, and professional introducers to deliver practical finance solutions that support long-term business success.

Anthony began his career with Barclays in 1990, starting in an entry-level role before progressing through the organisation over a 26-year career. During this time, he spent 17 years as a Corporate Manager, supporting businesses across Team Valley, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, and Newcastle. He developed a strong reputation for building trusted client relationships and delivering tailored commercial banking and business finance solutions across a wide range of sectors.

Following his time at Barclays, Anthony joined Murray and Lamb Accountants as Head of Corporate Finance, where he advised businesses on corporate transactions, funding strategies, and business structuring. He later established and ran his own finance brokerage, providing independent funding advice and helping businesses source competitive commercial finance solutions in an evolving lending market.

In 2021, Anthony joined Bibby Financial Services, specialising in invoice finance and working capital solutions across the North East. He later moved to Sallyport Commercial Finance in 2024, continuing to support businesses with invoice finance facilities designed to improve cash flow and support sustainable growth.

With decades of experience in commercial finance, business banking, and invoice finance, Anthony brings deep regional knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused approach to his role at One Stop Business Finance. He remains passionate about helping businesses across the North East access the right funding at the right time.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, travelling on holiday, and playing golf, which he sees as a great way to relax and recharge outside of the business world.
