I have been working in a NED capacity for the business since May 2016 – my role is part time but incorporates Business Development strategic input and underwriting activities.

Why you are with OSBF, what do you love?

I have loved being part of the journey to build a robust, profitable and growing lending business, able to help clients with their funding requirements. Prior to my second career as a NED I worked for Lloyds Bank Plc for 33 years in various credit underwriting and relationship roles within their SME Banking team.
