Fay Waudby-Green is the Operations Manager at One Stop Business Finance, having joined the business in April 2023. With a strong background in hospitality management and customer service, Fay brings energy, organisation, and a people-first approach to supporting both clients and colleagues across the business.

Before joining OSBF, Fay managed a highly successful Racecourse Hotel, helping transform it into the number one rated facility within the racing industry. That experience gave her a strong foundation in leadership, relationship management, problem solving, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

At One Stop Business Finance, Fay plays a key role in ensuring clients, introducers, and internal teams receive a smooth and professional experience throughout the funding process. She enjoys the variety that every day brings and finds real satisfaction in helping clients achieve their business goals and ambitions.

For Fay, one of the biggest highlights of working at OSBF is seeing clients succeed, learning something new every day, and being part of a knowledgeable and supportive team.

Outside of work, Fay is a keen follower of the Women’s Super League and loved watching England lift their second Euros trophy in Switzerland in 2025.
