James Ramsey joined One Stop Business Finance in October 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience across the financial services sector.

Throughout his career, James has worked with banks and building societies in both sales and credit roles, covering commercial, residential, and bridging finance products. His broad experience has given him a strong understanding of lending from multiple perspectives, as well as the ability to identify practical solutions in complex situations.

James enjoys working closely with clients and introducers to find fast, effective ways forward when traditional routes may not be suitable. He is particularly passionate about thinking beyond standard criteria and helping businesses achieve their goals as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Since joining One Stop Business Finance, James has valued the flexibility to take a more commercial and common-sense approach to lending. He enjoys being part of a business that focuses on speed, service, and tailored solutions for every client.

Outside of work, James is kept busy by his two dogs. When he is not catering to their demands, he enjoys supporting his regional rugby team, attending live music events, and watching films, especially a good gangster or crime biopic.
