Business Development Manager

James Town joined One Stop Business Finance in April and is a Business Development professional with a strong background in sales, client relationships, and the construction and property sectors.

Originally from Yorkshire, James developed a hands-on understanding of business from an early age through his family’s kitchen business. This gave him valuable experience in customer service, project delivery, and working within the building and interiors industry.

He later progressed through a range of roles in the KBB sector. His career has taken him to Manchester, London, Ireland, Amsterdam, and Dubai, where he lived for four years.

During his time in Dubai, James co-founded and grew a kitchen interiors company. He also helped build a successful window cleaning business with multiple vans on the road. These experiences strengthened his skills in sales, operations, and business growth.

Having returned to the UK in 2026, James joined OSBF where he now focuses on building relationships, supporting clients, and helping businesses access the funding they need to grow and move forward.

Outside of work, James is highly driven and enjoys staying active through fitness training and competing in HYROX events. He also enjoys hiking, football, and travelling, particularly to destinations such as Spain and Mexico. A proud supporter of Huddersfield Town A.F.C., he remains Yorkshire through and through.
