When did you join OSBF?

I joined the team in November 2023 and over that time, my role has evolved to encompass a variety of responsibilities that I really enjoy.

What do you enjoy at work?

One of my favourite traditions is starting Friday mornings by collecting bacon and sausage sandwiches for the team – a service we’ve dubbed “Catchpole Catering.” It’s a small thing that brings us together and ensures we kickstart the end of the week in the right way.

What does your role entail?

A core part of my role involves monitoring our existing client base to ensure they are adhering to the terms and conditions of their facilities.

By doing so, I help ensure everything runs smoothly and I can address any issues proactively.

Additionally, I manage the preparation of legal documentation for loan variations and work closely with clients facing financial challenges to find tailored solutions.

What definitely sets this job apart for me is the people. The shared laughter makes every day enjoyable.

Unlike my previous role, where I found myself counting down the days until retirement, I now look forward to coming into work!
