I joined One Stop Business Finance in mid-2024, bringing a passion for numbers and a desire to learn to the team.

What does the job entail?

In my role, I handle various administrative tasks particularly following the completion of deals, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

I take pride in managing the post-deal process, helping to keep operations organised and on track for both clients and our Business Development Managers and wider office team.

Alongside my administrative responsibilities, I also analyse the performance of One Stop Business Finance. By tracking key metrics and data, I can help to identify areas for improvement that will contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company.

How is your role evolving?

Recently, I’ve also had the opportunity to assist our Finance Director with some of the more financial aspects of the business, diving deeper into the numbers and helping with tasks that require a keen eye for detail and precision.

My love of numbers is matched only by my enthusiasm for bringing a bit of silliness to the office – it’s a lovely atmosphere with lots of laughs and singing!
