Tell us about your professional experience

With over 20 years of experience in the specialty lending sector, including roles with Bank of America and Washington Mutual (now JPMorgan Chase) in both the UK and the United States, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the team. I’m passionate about tackling unconventional or challenging deals – the ones others may have set aside. Through tenacity, creativity, and a strategic approach to deal structuring, I work to see a way to structure a deal to get it over the line.

My experience has also enhanced my skills in assisting brokers and other partners, particularly in the agricultural sector.

What do you enjoy most in your work?

I take pride in offering tailored solutions and insights that help our clients navigate even the most complex lending landscapes. It’s a privilege to leverage my experience to benefit both our clients and the talented professionals I work alongside at OSBF.
