With three decades of experience in financial services, Steve Norton brings a broad range of knowledge to his role as Business Development Manager at One Stop Business Finance. His career spans 29 years as a Bank Manager at NatWest, followed by time as a Commercial Finance Broker, two years as an Asset Finance Business Development Manager with Renaissance Asset Finance, and the past three years at One Stop Business Finance.

At One Stop Business Finance, Steve works alongside companies who require own book lending facilities, however if a client requires a facility type which doesn’t meet OSBF’s criteria, Steve steps in as a broker to offer further support. His ability to engage with clients on a personal basis allows him to adapt their facilities to meet their needs.

Outside of work, Steve is a season ticket holder and commercial partner at Lincoln City F.C., and a member of Fore Business, although his networking tends to be stronger than his golf game. He has been married for 31 years, is a proud grandparent of two, and is often known as the company comedian — whether people ask for it or not.
