Business Development Manager

Tom Moore joined One Stop Business Finance in April 2026, bringing a strong background in banking, relationship management, and supporting SMEs.

Tom began his career as a Banking Representative, where he supported customers with a wide range of needs, from everyday personal banking to more complex business and lending queries. This early experience gave him a solid foundation in customer service and financial problem solving.

He later progressed into a Business Relationship Manager role with a high street bank, covering areas including Swindon, Bath, and Bristol. In this role, Tom worked closely with SME clients at all stages of their journey, from start-ups to well-established businesses. He supported everything from day-to-day banking needs through to more complex lending and tailored financial solutions.

At One Stop Business Finance, Tom works with clients and introducers to understand their requirements and help deliver practical funding solutions. He enjoys building relationships and supporting businesses as they grow and develop.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys staying active and can often be found at the gym or out walking his dog. He also enjoys learning new skills and is currently studying Japanese. A keen sports fan, he still enjoys football and has recently taken up golf.

Tom is also a big fan of coffee and a loyal supporter of Arsenal F.C..
