Helen Dale joined One Stop Business Finance in October 2018 and brings extensive banking experience, strong client relationships, and a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed.

Before joining OSBF, Helen spent 26 years with Yorkshire Bank, where she began her career at just 18 years old as a Customer Service Advisor. Over the years, she progressed through a range of roles including Banking Advisor, Mortgage Advisor, Branch Manager, and Small Business Advisor. This broad experience gave her a deep understanding of both personal and business finance, alongside a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Since joining One Stop Business Finance, Helen has valued the straightforward approach of the business, the simplicity of its processes, and the support of the team around her. One of her proudest achievements involved helping a farmer during a particularly difficult time following a personal and financial setback. Working closely with colleagues, Helen helped secure funding to repay an existing lender and remove immediate financial pressure, allowing the client to focus on rebuilding the business.

Helen finds great satisfaction in helping SMEs move forward and in building lasting relationships with clients, accountants, insolvency practitioners, and brokers. She is always keen to connect with new introducers and businesses looking for practical funding solutions.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys staying active with long walks, spending time outdoors, cooking, travelling, and sharing a good glass of wine.
