Richard Williams joined One Stop Business Finance in October 2025 and brings a strong background in relationship banking and business development to the team.

Before joining OSBF, Richard worked as a Local Business Manager at Metro Bank, where he supported business customers with their banking and funding needs. His experience in frontline banking gave him a strong understanding of the challenges many businesses face, as well as the importance of practical support, clear communication, and building trusted relationships.

At One Stop Business Finance, Richard works closely with businesses, brokers, and introducers to help clients access the funding they need to move forward. He takes particular pride in helping businesses secure much-needed finance in situations where other lenders may have already said no.

Richard is known for his approachable manner, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues alike. He believes that great service starts with understanding each client’s circumstances and finding solutions that genuinely work.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and keeping active through football, both watching and playing whenever he gets the chance.
