We are delighted to announce that recruitment plans for Autumn 2023 are now well underway!

Since the SME funding specialist was founded in 2014, we have enjoyed sustained profitable growth which has provided the platform for the family-owned firm to organically fund the next stage of its expansion.

The next phase of recruitment will see us seek 10 Business Development Managers to join their now, 20-plus strong team.

The advertised positions include Newcastle upon Tyne, Cumbria, South Wales, Gloucestershire, Exeter, and Brighton. The addition of a Southern team will strengthen their UK-wide presence to the existing Midlands team, led by Business Development Director, Danielle Evans, and the Northern team, headed by Rachel Mackenzie.
